Casual Physics Enjoyer

I went to Hay-on-Wye during the Easter weekend. It’s a beautiful town in Wales that was declared an ‘Independent Kingdom and Book Town’ by the bookseller Richard Booth.

Set within the countryside, its main attraction are its independent booksellers.

My personal favourite is converted cinema bookshop. It’s a babel-like temple of second hand books of any niche topic you can find. I especially enjoyed the polar expeditions section, the philosophy section, and the history of evolution section. Books were one pound to four pounds each, which is incredible value for knowledge. Here’s what it looked like:
